Initial Evaluation and Follow Up Visits

Initial visits are 75 minutes long and follow up visits are 50 minutes long

Traditional PT visits allow for focused, 1:1 care and usually revolve around a specific problem or set of related concerns. This is especially recommended for chronic issues, can aid in a deeper understanding of the what and why, and allows for the ability to more intimately understand your body’s needs with skilled assessment.

General Wellness Group Classes

45 minutes

Group classes are a great option for reduced financial burden while still learning the basics to help you reach goals on your own. Certain skilled assessments are not able to be performed in group settings.
